Sardinia offers many sporting activities for old and young alike, regardless of the time of year: hiking, Nordic walking, fly boarding, pilates, surfing, wind surfing, rock climbing, diving, snorkeling, golf or horse riding to name just a few.

From parachute jumps to those with paragliding or bungee jumping ambitions.

Canoeing, sailing, surfing and fishing are popular with locals and tourists alike, whether you are professional or just out with “the old sea dogs” to see what the sea can offer.

Cycle tourism in Sardinia is in constantly developing, because of the many nature trails that lend themselves to this activity. As well as those looking for some serious road riding, taking in some beautiful coastal roads.

There is also the possibility of venturing, into the island, with day and night safaris, to discover the deer and wild boars that roam the interior.

Many people, in Sardinia enjoy searching for mushrooms, wild asparagus and medicinal plants. The island has a multitude of wild species to explore and enjoy.

During the pre-autumn, you can participate in the grape harvest in one of the many wineries, or involve yourself with the olive harvest and bring the olives to the mill to extract the oil.
